Comprehensive List of Air Force Secondary Schools in Nigeria
The Nigerian Air Force, NAF, established Airforce Secondary Schools in Nigeria in the early 1970s. In her bid to provide quality continuing education to its personnel, Airforce Secondary Schools were established.
However, the NAF educational department was established in 1975 and was annexed under the Directorate of Administration. The department of education operated the schools until the implementation of the NAF Establishment from 1981 to 1985, when the Directorate of Education (DOEDN) was established on June 6, 1984.
